By purchasing products or using services from Hong Kong Voles Technology Co., Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Voles Tech"), you agree to comply with the following terms of service. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase or using our services.
1. Product Information
We strive to ensure that the product information (including product descriptions, specifications, prices, images) displayed on our website is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee that all product information is error-free. If there is an error in product information (such as incorrect price, specification), we reserve the right to correct it and inform you in a timely manner. You can choose to continue the order or cancel it, and we will not be liable for any losses caused by such errors.

If the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, which leads to order processing delays or delivery failures, we will not be liable.

After you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email only confirms that we have received your order, not that the order has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (such as out-of-stock products, suspected fraudulent orders) and inform you of the reason.
3. Payment Terms
You need to pay the full order amount (including product price, shipping fee, and other related fees) according to the payment method specified on the checkout page. If you fail to pay the order amount in a timely manner, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
4. Product Quality and Warranty
All our products are subject to strict quality inspection before leaving the factory. We provide a one-year warranty period for all products from the date of receipt. During the warranty period, if the product has quality defects (non-human damage), we will provide free repair or replacement service.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, man-made damage, modification, disassembly, or failure to follow the product manual. For products beyond the warranty period, we can provide paid repair services.

Our liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount of your order.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms of service shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
