1. Return Eligibility

• Products can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories (including but not limited to ear tips, charging cables, storage cases, user manuals) intact.
• Return requests are not accepted for products that have been used, damaged, modified, or whose original packaging is lost or incomplete, unless the product has quality defects.
• Products with quality defects (such as non-functional buttons, sound distortion, Bluetooth connection failure) can be returned within 90 calendar days from the date of receipt, and we will provide a full refund, replacement or repair service free of charge.

2. Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team via email (sales02@volestech.com) or phone (13430722868) to apply for a return, and provide your order number, product photos, and a detailed description of the return reason.
2. After our customer service team verifies and approves your return request, we will send you a return authorization (RA) number and the designated return address.
3. Package the product and all accessories properly, mark the RA number on the outer packaging, and send it to the designated return address. The return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer, unless the return is caused by product quality defects (in which case we will bear the shipping cost).
4. We will inspect the returned product within 5 working days after receiving it. If the product meets the return eligibility, we will process your refund or replacement within 7 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method, and the refund processing time depends on your payment platform’s rules.
